The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026 is an international initiative launched by Dior in partnership with UNESCO. This program aims to empower young women worldwide through mentorship, education, and community engagement.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be under 30 years old and enrolled full-time in higher education.
- Be a final-year undergraduate or a current postgraduate (Master’s, PhD).
- Open to all fields of study, but applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in women’s empowerment.
- Have proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
- Must not have previously participated in the program.

Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- A recent CV.
- A Letter of Motivation (maximum 600 words).
- Proof of Enrollment (if you are from a Partner School or UNESCO Partner Institution).
