✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Individuals within 5 months of receiving their doctorate or equivalent degree may apply, but they must complete their degree before the start date listed on their application form.
• Most grantees must fulfill all requirements of their existing award and submit their final report before applying for a new award.
• Applicants with a Conference and Workshop Grant, Global Initiatives Grant, or Historical Archives Program grant may apply. Contact the foundation for more information if this applies.
• Unsuccessful applicants are welcome to reapply but must explain how they have addressed reviewers’ concerns and any changes to their plans.
