The Flagship Fellowship is Watson Institute’s signature entrepreneurial and leadership development program. This fully-funded 16-week program is designed to support impact entrepreneurs through:

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Founder, Entrepreneur, or Innovator: You are leading a venture with demonstrated traction and a deep commitment to building impactful solutions.
• Business Operations: Your business or organization has been operating for 1-5 years with fewer than 10 employees. You have engaged customers, measurable results, and secured some funding through grants, investments, donations, or revenue.
• Program Commitment: You must commit to the full 16-week program, including the mandatory virtual Immersive from August 11–18, 2026, and weekly workshops held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM MT.
• Location Eligibility: Applicants from all geographic regions are welcome, though location eligibility may vary by specific fellowship.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You seek expert-guided entrepreneurial training, a supportive community for feedback, a broad mentor network, and opportunities to challenge yourself.
• Age Requirement: Adults 18 or older.
