Ineligible Entities

The following entities are not eligible to apply:

  • Institutions directly under state administration (e.g., Ministries)
  • Natural persons (individual citizens)
  • Private entrepreneurs without a registered legal entity

Follow these steps to apply for the Visegrad Grants:

  1. Form a Consortium
    Identify and confirm partners in other V4 countries. Ensure you have the required number of participants (minimum 3 for regional projects, 2 for bilateral projects).

  2. Define the Scope
    Ensure the project addresses one of the Fund’s priority areas, such as:

    • Culture
    • Education
    • Environment
    • Social Development
  3. Check the Radius
    If applying for a bilateral grant, verify that the project location is within 40 km of the border.

  4. Register on the Portal
    Create an account on the International Visegrad Fund’s official application portal.

  5. Submit Proposal
    Complete the application, including:

    • A detailed budget
    • Project timeline
    • Letters of intent from all partners
