UP Fellowship Program 2026
The National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC) is currently accepting applications for its UP Fellowship Program 2026. This program is designed to help ethnically diverse women with 7-12 years of alternative investment industry experience strategically accelerate their careers through a targeted 6-month professional development program (March – September).

Mentorship
- UP Fellows are paired with senior executive mentors from the alternative investment industry.
- Fellows will meet with their mentors for one hour per month during the 6-month program.
- Mentorship sessions focus on professional development, addressing challenges, exploring career options, and planning for the future.
- Meetings can be conducted via phone, video conference, or in person.
Workshops
Fellows will participate in expert-led workshops designed to transform mid-career professionals into strategic leaders. Topics include:
