✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be African women in mid- and senior-level positions across all sectors.
- Have at least five years of supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience.
- Possess at least seven years of work experience.
- Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
📝 Application Process
Applicants are required to submit:
- Curriculum Vitae (not exceeding 3 pages).
- Recommendation, commitment, and permission letter from the employer confirming full participation in the programme.
- A motivational statement (450–500 words) explaining leadership successes, challenges, and reasons for applying.
