📖 About UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme

The UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme (TLP) is a flagship global leadership initiative designed to strengthen the capacity of mid- to senior-level TVET leaders to drive institutional and systems-level transformation.

The 2026 edition is part of the initiative “Towards a global TVET agenda”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) through the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). This programme aims to enhance global cooperation, policy learning, and capacity development in TVET.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The programme targets mid- to senior-level TVET professionals committed to becoming change agents in their respective contexts. Eligible candidates should have the following functional roles:

Leadership and management of TVET, skills, or employment systems or institutions.
Framing or implementation of policies and guidelines.
Monitoring and evaluation and quality assurance.
Networking and partnership management.

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrated interest and ability to drive change in the TVET sector, skills development sector, or employment systems or institutions.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in TVET, skills, or employment systems or institutions.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Commitment to actively participate in the programme, including the development of an action plan for change.
Institutional support to participate in the programme and implement follow-up actions.

📅 Application Date and Process

Application Process:

Interested candidates are invited to submit their application through the online application form.

The application takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and must be submitted in a single session.
Candidates can download a PDF version to review and prepare their materials offline.
Nominations must be submitted via the online submission form only.
