The fellowship is sponsored by Africa Career Networks (ACN) and aims to develop leaders who are committed to public service and governance in Africa.

✅ Fellowship Requirements

To be eligible for the ACN Umholi we Africa Fellowship 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an African national.
• Graduate of the African Leadership Academy (ALA) or the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program.
• Hold at least a university degree.
• Have a minimum of 4 years professional experience.
• Demonstrate a passion for public service and aspire for political or policy leadership.
