🏛️ About Trinity Leadership Fellowship

The Trinity Leadership Fellows program is an initiative by Trinity Church Wall Street in New York City. It is designed to equip faith-driven leaders with the skills, networks, and vision to serve their communities and the common good.

🎁 Benefits of the Fellowship

Participants in the Trinity Leadership Fellowship will receive the following benefits:

  • Participation in two weeklong gatherings: Travel (including economy airfare), lodging, and some meals during the events are covered.
  • Stipend: Fellows receive a stipend of $5,000 USD.
  • Educational Budget: Fellows are provided with a budget of up to $3,000 USD to take additional classes beyond the core curriculum at a university, college, or seminary of their choice.
  • Curacy Support for Episcopalian Fellows: Qualified fellows will receive 50% of their salary and key benefits paid directly to their diocese or parish.
  • Opportunities for Engagement: Exposure to opportunities such as speaking engagements and workshops provided by Trinity programming.
  • Society of Leadership Fellows: Participation in Trinity’s Society of Leadership Fellows, a global network of faith leaders.
  • Lifetime Access: Access to FaithLeadershipCampus.org, Trinity’s digital education platform.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Trinity Leadership Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Open to all nationalities.
  • Open to people of all faiths.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Open to individuals from all professions.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Reliable internet access year-round.
  • Mandatory travel to New York City.

📝 Application Process

Applicants will need to create an account with an active email address in the application portal. The application requires the following:

  1. A short resume: No more than 2 pages, uploaded as a Word or PDF document.
  2. Responses to three questions:
    • Biographical Profile: A short biographical profile of 100 words or less. This profile will be used publicly if selected.
    • Short-answer question: In 200 words or less, describe a personal and specific instance where you supported or led a group of people through a challenge, opportunity, or new creation. Focus on your role, interpersonal skills, and faith.
    • Essay question: In fewer than 500 words, describe your personal leadership journey as shaped by your faith. Include specific examples from your work, volunteer work, or ministry. Conclude with 2-3 sentences on what you hope to bring to and gain from the fellowship experience.

Note: The use of Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to write essays is strongly discouraged as it may result in impersonal responses, making the application less competitive.
