• Be Toronto-based (P.O. Box addresses are not accepted).
• For collectives, the majority of members must be Toronto residents.
• Artists must be professional, meaning:
  • Recognized as professionals in their field.
  • Actively practicing and seeking payment for their work.
  • Have a history of public presentations.
• Applicants can receive only one grant per calendar year through the Theatre program.
