- Applicants may request up to $225,000, with no more than $75,000 per year for up to three years.

- Eligible Institutions:
- Day schools
- Congregational schools
- Central agencies of Jewish education
- Jewish community centers
- Summer camps
- Museums
- Tax-Exempt Requirement:
- Only tax-exempt, non-profit organizations may serve as the sponsoring organization for a Covenant Grant.
ποΈ Application Date and Process
The application process consists of two parts:

Letter of Inquiry (LOI):
- Submit a brief Letter of Inquiry and background information about the applying organization.
- Deadline: 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
- Letters of Inquiry must be submitted via the online portal.
- The Covenant Foundation Grants Selection Committee will review all submissions.

Full Proposal:
- By mid-March 2026, the Committee will invite selected applicants to submit Full Proposals.
- Full Proposals must be submitted via the online portal by 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, May 18, 2026.
- Applicants not invited to submit Full Proposals will also be notified by mid-March 2026.
- Final decisions will be communicated to all applicants in late December 2026.
