How to Apply:

  1. Applications must be submitted via the Grant Portal. Paper forms are not accepted.

The committee expects you to include the following in your application:

  • Primary idea and artistic vision
  • Realization: Work method/process
  • Group structure: Participants in the project
  • Presentation and audience relevance
  • Target audience information: Specify if the audience includes children, young people, or adults.

Required Information in the Application Form:

  • A short project description (max 2400 characters), including:
    • Primary idea and artistic vision
    • Whether you are applying for funding for the same project from another Danish Arts Foundation committee
    • Target group details (e.g., children and young people)
    • Genre selection: Street theatre/site-specific, choreographic/physical theatre, contemporary circus, object/animation, performance, text-based, or cross-disciplinary
    • Project expense period (clearly stated)

Required Attachments:

  • Budget and goals/activities specification (use the provided Excel template)
  • Participants’ CVs (max one page per person)
  • Documentation of agreement with the international partner and/or an invitation
  • For foreign applicants: Completed bank information form (IBAN countries or non-IBAN countries)

Optional Attachments:

  • A document with up to 3 links to relevant information (e.g., festival, residency, or partners). Ensure the links are functional.

Important Notes:

  • Attachments must not exceed 25 MB in total.
  • Accepted file formats: PDF, Word, Excel (ZIP files are not accepted).
  • You can edit and resubmit your application before the deadline. After the deadline, no changes or additional attachments will be accepted.
  • Ensure all mandatory appendices are included, as incomplete applications will not be assessed.
