SHINE SA will provide five successful organizations with a $2,000 grant (including GST) to host events that promote sexual and reproductive health awareness. Additionally, SHINE SA will offer resources such as posters, condoms, and fact sheets to support these events.

Organizations can focus on one or multiple topics based on their community's needs. Here are some event ideas:
- Host a workshop or morning tea discussing respectful relationships and sexual health facts.
- Run a trivia session with myth-busting questions about STIs, consent, and contraception.
- Create a youth scavenger hunt or quiz focused on safety, respect, and sexual health knowledge.
- Distribute "knowledge kits" with resources, condoms, and helpful links at workplaces or schools.
- Invite a speaker or show a short video for a lunchtime info session on a sexual health topic.
- Host an event where participants share "one thing they wish theyβd learned earlier" about sexual health.
- Organize an art workshop with discussions on consent and communication in relationships.
Events can also have specific themes, such as "Contraception Options β Your Choice", highlighting the various contraception options and their benefits.

- Successful organizations will receive $2,000 (including GST) within 30 days of submitting a tax invoice.
β Eligibility Criteria
Anyone with an ABN (South Australia only) can apply. However, preference will be given to applicants who:
- Target 18β30 year olds
- Broaden understanding of sexual health, particularly safety, pleasure, and respect
- Empower young people to participate
Priority Groups:
- Culturally and linguistically diverse young adults
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- LGBTIQA+ individuals
- People with disabilities
- Economically marginalized areas
Event Requirements:
Organizations must ensure that their planned events:
- Respect diversity and inclusion, including LGBTIQA+ inclusion
- Offer a positive and open view of relationships and sexuality
- Share evidence-based information appropriate for the audience
