π About Seattle Children's Summer Scholars Program
The Summer Scholars Program provides undergraduate students with a summer internship opportunity to engage in:
- Basic research
- Clinical research
- Community-based research
- Translational research projects
These projects are conducted at the Seattle Childrenβs Research Institute under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Participants in the program will receive the following benefits:
- $7,100 stipend
- $400 food stipend
- ORCA card for Seattle-area public transportation
β Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old by the program start date.
- Must have a Social Security Number or ITIN.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, community, or technical college and in good academic standing.
- Graduating seniors, graduate students, and medical students are not eligible.
