The Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program supports non-profit and volunteer-run organizations that deliver community-based sport, culture, and recreation programs across Saskatoon. Its purpose is to:

🎁 Benefits of the Grant

Organizations may apply for:

  • Minimum funding: $500
  • Maximum funding: $10,000
  • Limit: One project and one application per intake period
    • Funding is competitive, and approval is not guaranteed.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The following groups are eligible to apply:

  • Registered non-profits and volunteer-led community groups.
  • Schools, only if they:
    • Partner with eligible organizations.
    • Run programs outside school hours.
    • Open programs to the wider community.

Not eligible:

  • For-profit businesses (except Business Improvement Districts)
  • Individuals
  • Hospitals
  • Libraries
  • Government agencies
  • Universities
  • Private schools
  • Fundraising-focused organizations
