✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the RBC Analyst Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold an undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields, with less than two years of full-time work experience.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset with the curiosity and capacity to learn quickly.
• Have a proven track record of leadership and excellence in academic and extracurricular activities.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence key decisions.
• Be able to work and coordinate effectively within a team environment.
• Exhibit a positive attitude with a willingness to perform beyond what is being asked.
• Display professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Have solid technical skills in data analytics methodologies/tools (e.g., statistical analysis, SQL) or demonstrate a keen interest to learn (preferred for the Data Analytics stream).
