  • Grant Amount: Up to $10,000 per project.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be qualified donees, such as:
    • Registered charities
    • Public institutions
    • Municipal bodies
  • Projects must directly benefit Saskatoon residents.
  • Organizations with outstanding reports or those funded for three continuous years are not eligible.

📝 Application Process

1. Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI)

  • Complete the online LOI form.
  • Outline the project’s purpose, beneficiaries, and expected outcomes.
  • Management reviews and recommends LOIs for advancement.

2. Receive an Invitation for Full Application

  • Only shortlisted applicants are invited to submit the full application.

3. Prepare and Submit the Full Application

  • Provide detailed project plans.
  • Include financials, partnerships, methods, and sustainability plans.
  • Applications are evaluated by the Grants Committee.

4. Final Review and Approval

  • Grants Committee recommendations are sent to the Board of Directors.
  • The Board makes final funding decisions.
  • Management may allocate Field of Interest Funds through due diligence if needed.
