✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants: Civil society organizations (CSOs) from Nordic countries, Baltic states, and Poland.
- Partners: Democratic, independent organizations relevant to Ukraine, Belarus, or Russia. Partners must meet transparency and democratic structure requirements.
- Collaboration requirement:
- Projects must involve at least three eligible countries.
- Partners must come from at least two of three partner groups.
📝 Application Process
- Prepare proposal – Include objectives, timeline, impact, budget, and partnerships.
- Submit application – Deadline: 30 January 2026.
- Initial review – Conducted by the Secretariat of the Nordic Council of Ministers.
- Evaluation – Advisory group assesses alignment, quality, partnerships, and cross-cutting perspectives.
- Final decision – Made by the Head of Department.
- Notification – Results announced approximately 12 weeks after the deadline.
- Implementation – Project period: June 2026 to September 2027.
