✅ Eligibility Criteria

To maximize social impact within underserved communities, OSC prioritizes organizations that meet the following criteria:

• Must be a non-profit charitable organization registered in Hong Kong and exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
• Possess a current Certificate of Incorporation.
• Operations and organizational focus must be exclusively within Hong Kong.
• Must not receive any major subvention allocation from the Social Welfare Department.
• Annual expenditure for the previous financial year must not exceed HK$15 million.
• The submitted project proposal must not have received funding from other sources.
• For applications requesting HK$600,000 or above, collaboration with at least two organizations is highly recommended. The other organization(s) can be a charity, social enterprise, or private company.
