The Transformation Cooperation Program aims to strengthen democratic values, human rights, and public participation in Mongolia. The program focuses on promoting:

Minimum Grant: EUR 4,135 (~MNT 85,500,000)
Maximum Grant: EUR 20,000 (~MNT 85,500,000, rounded as applicable)
Project Duration: Up to 8 months
Implementation Start Dates: Between March 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to the following:

Local NGOs registered in Mongolia
Local branches of international NGOs registered in Mongolia
Applicants must ensure that proposed activities align with the Transformation Cooperation Program priorities

📝 Application Process

Identify a project addressing one or more program priorities:
- Human rights
- Civil society
- Media
- Democracy
- Equality
- Environmental rights
Prepare a project proposal including:
- Objectives and expected impact
- Detailed activities and timeline
- Budget and funding justification
- Monitoring and evaluation plan
Submit the proposal to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Mongolia for initial evaluation.
Upon embassy approval, proposals will be forwarded to the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs for final authorization.
