The Keio University Japan ADB Scholarship is designed for students admitted to the Master’s Program at Keio University. Recipients must agree to return to their home country (listed here) immediately after completing the program. ✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a national of an ADB borrowing member country (applicants from countries no longer borrowing from ADB are not eligible).
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with an outstanding academic record.
• Have at least 2 years of full-time professional working experience (acquired after a university degree).
• Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written English communication skills.
• Be no more than 35 years old at the time of application.
• Be in good health.
• Agree to return to their home country after completion of studies and contribute to its development.
• Executive Directors, Alternate Directors, management and staff of ADB, consultants, and their relatives are not eligible.
• Applicants living or working in a country other than their home country are not eligible (exceptions may apply for applicants from another Developing Member Country of ADB).
• The scholarship does not sponsor undergraduate studies, distance learning programs, short-term training, conferences, seminars, thesis writing, or research projects.
