The InteRussia program offers young non-Russian specialists in the electric power industry the chance to:

• Gain practical knowledge and insights into Russian approaches to the energy sector.
• Visit government institutions and industrial enterprises.
• Meet with leading experts and executives from electric industry companies, as well as relevant ministries and agencies.
• Exchange experiences with colleagues from around the world.

The organizers will cover the following expenses:

• Travel: From the participant's place of residence to Kazan and back.
• Accommodation: Double rooms.
• Visa support.
• One-time scholarship: RUB 30,000 for the entire duration of the fellowship.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are required to cover:

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the InteRussia Fellowship Program, applicants must meet the following requirements by the application deadline:

• Non-Russian citizenship and residence outside of Russia.
• Age: Between 21 and 40 years.
• Relevant education and work experience in the electric power industry.
• Proficiency in English: Minimum B2 level or above.
