• Four residencies are available, each lasting three months.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Individual applicants only (groups or organizations are not eligible).
• Be a practicing artist or arts worker.
• Hold Australian citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident.
• Submit a proposal in one of the following areas:
  • Community arts and cultural development
  • Dance
  • Emerging and experimental arts
  • First Nations arts and culture
  • Literature
  • Music
  • Theatre
  • Visual arts (excluding activities related to feature film, television, or documentary).

❌ Who Cannot Apply

You are ineligible to apply if:

• You are a group or organization.
• You have already submitted another application for the same residency closing date.
• You have an overdue grant report.
• You owe money to Creative Australia.
• Applications from legally constituted organizations or groups will not be accepted.
