This transformational program enables mid-career U.S. professionals to:

Note: Prior experience working in or writing about Indonesia is not required.

🎁 Benefits

  • Fellowship duration: 3 to 12 months.
  • Stipend: $110,000 for a 12-month period (prorated for shorter durations).
  • Travel grant: Modest travel allowance.
  • Fellows are considered independent contractors (not employees of CFR) and are ineligible for employment benefits, including health insurance.
  • No indirect costs can be deducted from the stipend.
