📖 About IBM Impact Accelerator
The IBM Impact Accelerator is a social innovation program designed to support communities facing environmental and economic stress worldwide. Through cutting-edge technologies like AI and a network of experts, the program aims to empower organizations to create impactful solutions.
Each year, the Accelerator selects five organizations to receive pro bono IBM support. Together, these organizations and IBM collaborate to design, develop, and deploy technology tailored to accelerate, scale, and optimize interventions that directly benefit communities.
🎁 Benefits of IBM Impact Accelerator
Participants in the IBM Impact Accelerator program will receive:
- Collaboration with IBM to design, develop, and deploy a technical solution that directly benefits communities.
- Access to platforms such as:
- IBM watsonx
- Granite AI models
- IBM Cloud
- IBM Environment Intelligence
- Red Hat open-source technologies
- Technical mentorship to build long-term capacity.
- Organizations selected must enter into an IBM grant agreement governing access to IBM technology, services, and resources.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to:
- Nonprofit organizations and government entities, including academic institutions interested in developing AI-driven solutions for educational and workforce development challenges.
- Organizations from any region are welcome to apply.
