✅ Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be a non-Chinese citizen.
Be between 18 and 35 years old.
Be currently enrolled as an Undergraduate or Postgraduate student at a university.
Possess basic knowledge in related fields (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Water Resources) or demonstrate a strong interest in the subject.
