The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program 2026 is a 13-month leadership development fellowship designed for nonprofit leaders who are working to improve the lives of children and youth. The program provides executive coaching, strategy training, peer learning, and access to a global alumni network. Each year, around 30 nonprofit leaders worldwide are selected to join.

  • Executive Coaching: 12–24 hours of personalized 1:1 leadership coaching.
  • Scaling Up Curriculum: 10 hours of strategy and operations sessions for leadership teams.
  • Peer Circles: 12 hours of global peer learning with other Fellows.
  • Team Empowerment: Leadership teams join sessions to build alignment and collaborative strategy.
  • Lifelong Alumni Network: Continued access to programming and resources beyond the fellowship.
  • Curated Grants: Bi-weekly funding opportunities aligned to fellows’ region and program area.

✅ Fellowship Program Requirements

Leader Requirements:

  • Must have strategic decision-making power.
  • Full-time commitment to the organization.
  • Coachable and fluent in English.
  • Willing to lead scaling and impact expansion.

Organization Requirements:

  • At least 2 full-time equivalent employees.
  • Operating budget between USD 50,000 – 3 million.
  • Beneficiaries must primarily be children/youth in areas of education, health & well-being, or children’s rights.
  • Ready to scale and expand impact.
