✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the fellowship, applicants must:

  • Lead an enterprise that is at least two years old.
  • Have at least one full-time employee in addition to themselves.
  • Be committed full-time to running their enterprise.
  • Not currently receive formal coaching/mentoring support.
  • Be in a position with primary decision-making authority.

Additional Considerations:

  • The enterprise can be for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid.
  • The scope of work can be domestic, international, or both.
  • The enterprise should have an effective business model with potential to scale.
  • The enterprise should address issues in sectors like Financial Inclusion, Environment, Education, Economic Mobility, and Health (other sectors may also be considered based on social impact potential).

📅 Application Process and Timeline

The application process consists of three phases:

  1. Phase 1 (June 1 - June 30): Initial application and eligibility screening.
  2. Phase 2 (July 7 - August 11): Detailed questionnaire about the applicant and their enterprise.
  3. Phase 3 (September 8 - October 24): Virtual interview with the selection team.

Selected fellows will be informed by November 30, 2025.

  • Targeted Funds: Fellows receive a $10,000 grant to explicitly be used on their leadership development.
  • Peer and Subject Matter Expert Network: Over the course of 12 months, Fellows are part of a global cohort of leaders positively impacting the world. GGF facilitates intentional opportunities for Fellows and alumni to engage and learn from each other as well as a variety of industry experts so that they can be best equipped to address complex challenges.
