3. Executive Coaching (Virtual)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Global Good Fund Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• The enterprise has been operational for a minimum of two years.
• Employs at least two full-time, paid employees.
• The candidate holds a primary decision-making role, such as:
  • C-Suite (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, etc.)
  • Co-Founder/Founder & C-Suite
  • Executive Director
• The candidate is fully committed to running the enterprise.
• The enterprise is mission-driven, aiming for positive societal impact alongside profitability.
• The enterprise can be for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid.
• The enterprise’s scope can be domestic, international, or both.
• The enterprise has a scalable business model with demonstrated potential for long-term growth.
• The enterprise addresses issues in sectors such as:
  • Financial Technology
  • Environment
  • Education
  • Economic Mobility
  • Health
    (Applicants outside these sectors may still be considered based on their potential for social impact.)
• Candidates should not be receiving formal coaching/mentoring support from other fellowships during the same cycle.

📅 Application Process

The application process consists of three phases:

Phase I: May – June

Preliminary Questionnaire

• Short-answer questions to assess alignment with Fellowship criteria.
• Time required: ~30 minutes.

Phase II: July – August

Comprehensive Application

• Mandatory video submission to share your story.
• Two recommendation letters.
• Financial viability template.
• Short-answer questions on topics such as impact measurement, enterprise uniqueness, and leadership potential.
• Time required: ~1–2 hours.

Phase III: September – November

Interview

• A 30-minute video interview.
• Candidates must invite one colleague or community member to attest to their work during the interview.
