Fellows will be selected from the following FCV countries in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East:
- Africa: Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, SΓ£o TomΓ© and PrΓncipe, Zimbabwe
- Middle East and Europe: Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Syrian Arab Republic

- Strong data skills
- Expertise in climate and disaster risk
- Willingness to support their communities
