📖 About the Gender Equality Framework Agreement
In close consultation with the British Council’s Gender Equality Team, Associate Gender Advisers will provide technical input and support across a broad range of activities, including:
- Business development
- Programme design and delivery
- Research
- Capacity building
- Design of systems and guidance
- Monitoring and evaluation
The scope of activities will include both contract pursuit and core grant-funded partnership work. The Framework Agreement period spans eight years (2025–2033).
Through this framework, Associate Advisors will be contracted on a ‘call/draw-down’ basis, providing consultancy days as needed throughout the year. They will also engage in knowledge-sharing activities and support colleagues across the British Council.
