📖 About FASPE Law Fellowship
The FASPE Law Fellowship examines the motivations and conduct of German lawyers and judges during the Nazi era, helping participants understand their roles and responsibilities as legal professionals. Fellows are encouraged to confront ethical issues currently facing the legal profession and their communities.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- For JD Students:
- Enrolled as a 2L or 3L JD student at the time of application.
- For JD Graduates:
- Working in the legal profession (including clerkships) with a JD degree earned no earlier than May 2019.
- For Non-Postgraduate Law Education Systems:
- Completed legal education and currently a trainee or associate (no more senior than a 4th-year associate).
Desired Qualities:
- At a formative stage in their professional careers.
- Open-minded, self-reflective, and demonstrate leadership potential.
- Capable of influencing their field and contributing to the Fellowship.
- Committed to engaging in respectful discussions on controversial issues in small group settings.
