✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Educational Background:
- Must be enrolled in graduate school preparing for work as a religious leader at the time of application.
- Alternatively, must be working as a religious leader with a relevant graduate degree received May 2019 or after.
- Eligible programs include seminary, divinity school, rabbinical school, Muslim chaplaincy programs, or other graduate programs related to religious or theological training.

Vocational Service:
- FASPE seeks applicants engaged in or preparing for practical or vocational service.
- Applicants do not need to be ordained or planning to pursue ordination/smicha/formal recognition from their tradition.

Faith Traditions:
- Applicants from all faith traditions are encouraged to apply.

Career Interests:
- FASPE seeks Clergy Fellows pursuing careers as religious leaders in congregations, chaplaincy, universities, hospitals, prisons, corporations, armed services, and other settings.

Professional Stage:
- Applicants should be at a formative stage of their professional lives, demonstrating leadership capabilities and the potential to influence their fields.

Selection Criteria:
- Academic background, personal and professional experiences, leadership capacity, and ability to contribute to the Fellowship program and alumni community.
- Open-mindedness, self-reflection, intellectual and emotional maturity, and willingness to engage in discussions on difficult and controversial issues responsibly and respectfully.
