To be eligible for the Emory University Scholar Programs, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Citizenship: Open to all citizens of foreign countries who are not permanent residents of the United States (living in the US or abroad).
  2. Admission Decision Plan: Applicants must choose one of the three admission decision plans:
    • Early Decision I
    • Early Decision II
    • Regular Decision
