The Earth Journalism Network (EJN) is offering Seed Grants to media outlets in Nepal to enhance their capacity to provide innovative and solutions-oriented information on green growth and natural resource management. These grants aim to:
- Seed new programs, columns, or sections focused on these themes.
- Integrate these issues into existing popular programs.
🎁 Benefits
- Funding: Two organizations will receive grants of €4,500 each.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Media outlets in Nepal are encouraged to apply, including:
- Newspapers
- Online media
- Radio
- Television
- Multimedia platforms
- Social media channels
Additional Requirements:
- Applicants must propose one new media programming idea on the themes of green growth and natural resource management.
- The proposal must include the production of at least two episodes or stories.
- Only one application per media outlet will be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Selected grantees from the 2024 and 2025 seed grant calls are not eligible to apply.
- Applications must be submitted in English or Nepali. Stories can be produced in any language.
- Applicants must disclose the use of generative AI tools, if any, in their proposals. EJN reserves the right to disqualify applicants found engaging in unethical practices like plagiarism or submitting AI-generated content as their own.
