The program is open to:

• Journalists worldwide, especially from Cameroon, Liberia, Ghana, Vietnam, Indonesia.
• Journalists in UK, EU, China, India, Japan reporting on international forest governance.
• Groups of journalists (one lead applicant required).
• Freelancers, staff reporters, early-career, and experienced journalists across all media formats.
• Applicants who submit proposals in English.
• Applicants who disclose the use of generative AI tools in their proposals.
