Eisenhower Fellowships is currently accepting applications for its Global Scholars Program 2026-2027. This program is a transformative opportunity for innovative leaders to engage in postgraduate study and join a global network of change agents committed to creating a more peaceful, prosperous, and just world.

🎓 Benefits of the Program

Participants in the Eisenhower Fellowships Global Scholars Program will receive:

• A fully-funded academic year of postgraduate study leading to a Master's Degree at either:
  • University of Oxford, or
  • IE University in Madrid.
• Coverage of all major expenses.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
• Have graduated from a four-year American university with a preferred GPA of 3.7 (out of 4.0).
• Demonstrate:
  • A track record of leadership and achievement.
  • A commitment to tackling real-world challenges through a concrete project idea.
• Be within the preferred age range of 20 to 30 years.
