To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be from and intend to return to a Global South country.
- Hold a Masterβs degree or higher in education, development, public policy, economics, or related fields.
- Have 10+ years of professional experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and a strong commitment to gender equity in education.
