Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellowship 2026
The Eastern Partnership (EaP) Civil Society Fellowship 2026 is an EU-funded program designed to support young civic leaders and activists from six countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The program provides funding (approximately 5,000 EUR) and training to implement projects that strengthen civil society.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the fellowship, applicants must:
- Be 18+ years old and citizens of one of the six EaP countries.
- Be motivated to contribute to civic community development.
- Propose a project idea in community engagement or civic tech.
- Demonstrate ambition to grow as a civic leader.
- Have a working knowledge of English.
📝 Application Process
The application process consists of two main steps:
- Submit a Fellowship Concept Note.
- If shortlisted, submit a Full Application.
