✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Community Service Awards, applicants must:

• Be a recognized non-profit organization or an affiliate of a qualifying organization.
• Have been operational for at least one year in their state or province.
• Hold tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3) in the U.S. or be recognized as a qualified non-profit charitable organization in other countries.
• Already provide community-based therapeutic or service programs.
• Designate a qualified staff member to oversee the project and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
