The Capability Development Grant (CD Grant) encourages and supports the continuous professional development of individuals and organizations working in Singapore’s arts and culture sector. This grant can fund programs such as:

• Workshops
• Masterclasses
• Seminars
• Conferences
• Residencies
• Other professional training and skills development programs

🎁 Benefits

Funding Support

• Up to $20,000 per financial year for individuals
• Up to $75,000 per financial year for organizations

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Individual Applicants

• Must be Singapore citizens or permanent residents
• Actively involved in the arts sector
• Priority is given to self-employed artists and practitioners

Organizational Applicants

• Must be registered with ACRA or the Registry of Societies
• Engaged in arts-related activities

Informal Groups

• Eligible if the majority of members are Singapore citizens or permanent residents
• Must appoint a responsible representative
