This year, the grant will showcase the work of Cynthia Boll, the 2024 winner, who documented the social impact of relocating Indonesia's capital city from Jakarta to Nusantara on the island of Borneo.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Canon Female Photojournalist Grant, applicants must:

Be female professional photojournalists.
Have completed at least one photo-reportage (published or unpublished).
Have no nationality restrictions.
Be able to communicate in French and/or English.
Apply as individuals only (no group applications).

📝 Application Process

Applicants must submit a complete, anonymous dossier that includes:

Signed application form.
Copy of ID or passport.
Affidavit of professional status.
Curriculum vitae.
Anonymous project description (max 1 page).
Project budget, including co-financing details (must be pre-approved by Canon and Images Evidence).

Photo-Reportage Requirements:

10-20 images in JPG format.
Maximum 3 MB per image.
Captions embedded in File Info (IPTC).
No photographer name or copyright information.
