🎯 What You Will Be Doing
As a fellow, you will:
- Conduct independent research within the designated area.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to apply research findings.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Hold a first degree in science, computing, or engineering.
- Have recently completed or be close to completing a PhD in a related field (final viva voce examination must be passed before starting the fellowship).
- Be a permanent resident of Brazil.
- Be an Early Career Researcher.
- Be affiliated with Legal Amazon/Amazônia Legal universities or research centres.
- Not currently receive financial support for any other UK program.
- Not be from a for-profit organization.
- Have a background or proven interest in the proposed research area.
- Demonstrate future contributions to capacity-building and socio-economic advancement post-fellowship.
- Meet UK Government Visa and English Language requirements.
- Researchers with equivalent research experience to a PhD holder may also be eligible.
