The Blaby District Council Community Grants Program is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 cycle. This initiative supports Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organizations in developing and strengthening community facilities and activities across the district.

The Blaby District Council Community Grants Program provides financial support to projects that:

• Benefit local residents.
• Improve infrastructure.
• Enhance participation in community life.

🎁 Benefits

The program offers various grants to support community projects:

• Capital Green Grants: Up to £5,000 (20% match funding).
• Large Capital Grants: Up to £5,000 (50% match funding).
• Small Capital Grants: Up to £500.
• Revenue Grants: Up to £500 for ongoing activities.
• Everyone Active Grants: Up to £500 for inclusive participation initiatives.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The following groups are eligible to apply:

• Community groups, youth/sports clubs, registered charities, and social enterprises.
• PTAs/fundraising groups (excluding statutory school responsibilities).
• Churches/religious bodies (for inclusive community use).
• Food banks affiliated with national networks or Parish Councils.
