About the Program 📖
The ASPPH/CDC Tribal Health Department Fellowship Program is a collaborative initiative between the ASPPH Center for Public Health Workforce Development and the CDC. This program aims to provide capacity-building assistance to Tribal Health Departments by placing fellowship participants with graduate-level public health degrees in Tribal Health Department host sites. Fellows contribute to host site-defined projects and are mentored by Tribal health professionals.

Eligibility Criteria ✅
To qualify for the ASPPH/CDC Tribal Health Department Fellowship Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate Degree: Completed a graduate degree program between May 2021 and August 2026. Degrees must be from ASPPH member schools and programs of public health that are CEPH-accredited.
- Residency Status: Must be U.S. citizens or hold a visa permitting permanent residence (Green Card) in the U.S.
