Stream 1 – First-time Applicants

Stream 2 – Returning Applicants

• Funding of up to $15,000 per program
• Available to previous ArtReach grantees, including individuals, groups, or collectives
• Encourages proposals that build on prior experience and demonstrate strong artistic and community outcomes

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Eligible applicants include:

• Individual artists aged 13–29 from equity-deserving communities
• Youth-led collectives, groups, or organizations with leadership from equity-deserving individuals aged 13–29
• Toronto-based applicants delivering programs within the city
• Applicants able to design programs that directly serve youth from equity-deserving communities
