✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the grant, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Identify as a woman.
- Hold one of the following degrees at the time of application: Ph.D., Ed.D., D.B.A., M.F.A., J.D., M.D., D.M.D., D.V.M., D.S.W., or M.P.H.
- Be listed as the sole author, first author, or an author of equivalent significance on their publication.
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

In addition to a narrative application, all applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Letters of Recommendation
- Proof of Degree
- Transcript
- Certified English Translation (for materials provided in a foreign language). Translations must bear a mark of certification or an official signature confirming their accuracy.
- Name Change Documentation (if applicable, e.g., marriage certificate or court-issued name change document).
- Applicants are responsible for submitting all required documents. Incomplete applications will be considered at the discretion of AAUW.
