• Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age.
• Must be nationals of a WTO member state country.
• Applicants can also be nationals of a country, state, or territory engaged in accession negotiations.
• Should have completed undergraduate studies in a relevant discipline.
• Must have completed at least one year of their post-graduation degree.
