✅ Program Requirements

She Code Africa seeks mid to senior-level professionals in tech with 3+ years of experience skilled in one or more of the available tracks. Applicants must be willing to engage fully with mentees throughout the program and be comfortable with virtual communication and mentorship approaches.

Criteria:

Commitment to mentoring a group of mentees across 6 weeks and 2 mentorship cycles.
Availability to offer professional insights, career guidance, and support.
3+ years of hands-on work experience in one or more mentorship tracks.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, or team leadership experience.
Availability for onboarding calls and structured check-ins.
Willingness to engage fully with mentees throughout the program.
