The Seplat Energy Graduate Internship Programme 2025 offers recent Nigerian graduates the opportunity to gain invaluable industry experience in a leading indigenous oil and gas company. ✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Nationality: Must be Nigerian.
2. Educational Background:
   • Hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:
     • Law: Bachelor of Laws (BL).
     • Business & Finance: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Hotel Management, or Finance.
     • Communications & Humanities: Communications, Liberal Arts, Humanities, or Social Sciences.
     • Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Instrumentation & Control, Environmental, Material & Metallurgical, Risk & Safety, or Computer Engineering.
     • Medical Sciences: Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS), Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields.
   • Minimum Grade: Second Class Upper (2:1).
     • Candidates with a Second Class Lower (2:2) are eligible if they hold a Master’s degree with Distinction.
3. NYSC Completion: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme no earlier than 2023.
4. Skills:
   • Self-motivated and energetic.
   • Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
